• Written communication (email, WhatsApp, Viber, text messages) is preferred. We will call you back if the phone call fails.
• It is advisable to bring medical reports, findings, X-rays, MRI, CT, etc. to your first visit, if available.
• For group / individual exercises we recommend bringing a towel, suitable clothes and clean shoes with you.
• There is a lift in the building that requires service. If you want to use it, please let us know when booking or on arrival.
• Socks are worn year-round in our facility. If you don’t have them with you, you can purchase them from us.
• If you are coming to us only for device treatment (electrotherapy, ultrasound, tecar, rebox), you must first book a “Consultation 25 min.”

In the event that the client does not show up for the scheduled appointment and in the event of unjustified cancellation of agreed procedures less than 24 hours before the appointment, the provider has the right to a handling CANCELLATION fee in the amount of €25. The client is obliged in the event of cancellation to notify the facility by email (info@rehaplus.sk), by phone (+421 910 543 322, +421 911 422 265) or by automatic cancellation of the reservation via the booking system.
